The group is best known for their song "96 Tears", a garage rock classic recorded in 1966 that reached #1 on the Billboard Hot 100. Having released six studio albums, the latest being 1999's well-received 'More Action', ? & the Mysterians are also notable as perhaps the first Latino rock group to have a major hit.
