Dogs Barking is an art punk/noise rock trio based in Sacramento, CA, comprised of Andrew Gipson Richardson, Zack Bissell, and Patrick Shelley. Originally formed in 2021 to play songs Andy had written for a one-off live video session, the band became fully active the following year, eventually leading to a Japan tour in 2023 and opening slots for Lightning Bolt, OOIOO, Flipper, and Melt-Banana. Former/rotating members include Taylor Kohl and Matt Maxwell.
