Nashville based Elle Macho are Butterfly Boucher (bass, vocals), David Mead (guitar, vocals), and Lindsay Jamieson (drums, supporting vocals). They play a tightly compressed style of pop punk that recalls elements of X, Supergrass, Morex Optimo, and The Buzzcocks. They make a point of creating very tight vocal arrangements that are full of lustre but never turn glitzy.
