METALVERSE is a Japanese kawaii-metal group formed in 2023, being a support act for BABYMETAL both at BABYMETAL RETURNS and BABYMETAL BEGINS in January and April 2023 respectively. At this point, METALVERSE was commonly referred to by fans as "Chibi BABYMETAL", as they had performed covers of BABYMETAL songs.
