Vesuvian provienen de Seattle y se formaron en 2015. Antes de eso, estuvieron de gira durante aproximadamente un año bajo el nombre de Ocean of Obsession. Los músicos se han dedicado al Death Metal Sinfónico. Aparentemente, el cantante RJ Mitchell es el único miembro fundador que queda. Hasta el momento se han lanzado dos EP y dos sencillos. Desde abril de 2023 se puede escuchar el álbum debut de larga duración “Emergence”.
