VMO aka Violent Magic Orchestra is a japanese music project consisting of former Yellow Swans Pete Swanson (electronics), Extreme Precautions aka Mondkopf (mix, synthesizer, beats), Vampillia (instruments, vocals) and Kezzardrix (VJ). They define their sound as complete harmony of black metal, noise, industrial and techno. "It's like black metal meets Kraftwerk"; "Aphex Twin invaded by Burzum". VMO is also known for using a very large amount of electricity for their live shows: approximately 4500W in total.
