 WilliamTaber I drove to Wheaton, Illinois the day before to my friend's (Stu) house where I spent the next 2 nights. We met up with his friend, Jay, The day of show, we got a later start than we should have, spent way too much time in line to get into the parking lot, and wandered into an almost full Soldier Field before sundown. An airplane flew low overhead with a scrolling message across the wings on the bottom "Pink Floyd Welcomes You". The plane then dropped weighted "sheep" that floated down to the audience.  Bob Albin Interesting to note that the cost of my ticket to this concert was $10.50. At the time I was 23 and just starting out after college. My pay was about $5 per hour.
