susieqself Wanted to see Bob Seger again, so 1 friend and a niece get on a plane and travel 2500 miles for the show for a 48 hour trip. We were able to get a little sight seeing of Mt. Ranier in, and I am still in awe at that sight. Great show....great time. The Wild Feathers / Bob Seger & The Silver Bullet Band Jan 25, 2020
susieqself My eldest niece said lets go, I said okay, so we packed our bags and flew to Philly for my all-time favorite's final show. What kind of uber-fan would I be if I didn't go to his final show?. Can't be any happier that I did. as this one was his best show I've ever seen You could feel a different energy with him this time. He never once mentioned it was the final show, but did do "Famous Final Scene", which he'd not done at any of the other shows on this tour, that I'd been to anyway, and this was #4 for this tour. and #12 in my lifetime. The crowd showed the love paying homage to a man that had moved our souls with his music for over 5 decades. I can still see him standing there after "Rock and Roll Never Forgets",smiling from ear to ear, waving to the crowd, blowing kisses and patting his chest over his heart, taking it all in for the last time, I suppose. .I had the time of my life traveling from one end of the country to the other and back again to see my all-time favorite for the last times. I hate to see him go, but he deserves it; and I've got my memories, albums and every other way there is to listen now. Thanks for the music and the memories Bob. .  Zigman Turn! Turn! Turn! is the semi-acoustic trio Savannah Smith (guitar, vocals), Adam Levy (guitar, vocals) and Barb Brynstad (bass, vocals) playing their favorite close harmony 60’s and 70’s country, folk and pop covers along with a handful of cosmic indie/folk/Americana originals. Savannah Smith only needs thirty seconds of your time to win you over. In a world filled to its brim with would-be young singer-songwriters, Savannah’s vocal prowess, and her absolute mastery of crafting raw and gritty emotion into beautiful melodies, defines her from the crowd in moments. Her stage show all her own; Savannah introduces her music with an irresistible charm, ushering the listener into her world with casual ease before effusing desperate and earnest emotion in each song. Her lyrics darken the bright chords and create a depth in her music that reaches far beyond her years. Adam Levy has been called both a “Great American Songwriter” and an “unknown treasure” by journalists and fans around the world. While leading numerous musical projects in multiple genres, he is probably best known for the last 20+ years as the leader and founding member of the Minnesota-based rock band, The Honeydogs. Barb Brynstad is a local musician with decades-long roots in the Twin Cities music community. As a singer, bass and guitar player, she plays in several well-known Minnesota bands and contributes her solid musical talents to a variety of theater and recording projects. Barb actively enjoys playing all styles of music, including blues, funk, pop, rock, country, gospel and jazz. Turn Turn Turn / Actual Wolf Jan 23, 2020
