Remyfla I was 17 and had just flown in from LA on one of the first 747 flights. My cousin said she was going to the concert and had a ticket for me. It was an AMAZING concert and one at 72 I still remember like it was yesterday! Concert for Bangladesh Aug 02, 2026

Tony Rios What a show!! Very fortunate to see them at The Strand and HOB Hollywood. This was a much more intimate setting though. Just a month before this i was at The Empire Plo Grounds for Pearl Jams iconic performance there. Laying the groundwork for Coachella Festival. With that show fresh in my mind, Cheap Trick blew them away!! I also remember Robin chatting up a young lady outside the restroom. No bodyguard, no security. Just there! I said he, he said hey lol! It was a different time Cheap Trick Aug 02, 2026
Tony Rios I was at this show. My friend Shannon worked for A & M Records at the time. The show was sold out. We walked up to the entrance with her wearing her A & M Records badge/lanyard and told the guy we're here to see Harey Wayne Casey aka KC. We needed him to sign off on some sampling of his music. And just like that we were ushered in with a table up front at the edge of the level before the dance floor. Very Goodfellas at the Copa style lol! Also, a great show!!  Georges A. Gauthier Turnstile Seemed very capable. Not my bag. Osheaga 2026 (Day 2 of 3) Aug 02, 2026
Georges A. Gauthier Franz Ferdinand There’s this thing that sometimes to legacy bands. As they reach middle age they sort of become a lounge act cover of themselves. Still, those early songs still crush 22 years later. Osheaga 2026 (Day 2 of 3) Aug 02, 2026
Georges A. Gauthier Viagra Boys What a deeply in-sexy group of fat middle-aged men. But from the tail end of their set, they rock and have great 0 Fs given vibe which immediately gives them cool points. Osheaga 2026 (Day 2 of 3) Aug 02, 2026
Georges A. Gauthier Mt Joy Abut what you’d expect from the pedigree (Opened up for The Lumineers. ) sound good, play well. Your basic folk/americana/souther inflected indie rock. They an aren’t adding anything to the movement which started 20 years ago. Osheaga 2026 (Day 2 of 3) Aug 02, 2026
